With the sticks either just put them in the cage or make it a treat enrichment by mixing flour and their seed mix, then add water till it's a paste and put it on the stick, let dry, and give to your hamster. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWalnuts and Peanuts: just put it in their cage and they'll chew through it to get to the food.
